I have not blogged in almost a month. I made it a goal to do this regularly, but for whatever reason, I have not keep up with it so much. I've had a few things that have kept me sidetracked, and I need to be diligent with this. It helps me to get some of frustrations, thoughts, and ideas out.
Our house is still on the market, but we haven't had any interest as of yet. We're hoping that once the weather breaks that will change. I really want to get back to Kentucky. Our contract is for 6 months with Re Max, which would put it in July. David and I have talked about not re listing it if it does not sell. We have a nice piece of land, a nice home, and if it weren't for family, we wouldn't even be doing this. We just don't want to keep things on hold due to the off chance that it may sell. In this market, it could take a long time for it to sell, and it's already priced way lower than market value, and WAY WAY lower than the appraisal value. We refuse to give this place away.
Shayna is doing great still. She will be four in less than a month, and I have been planning her party. It's going to be John Deere themed in pink, and my aunt will be making her cake. I am so excited. She is going to love it.
Well, that was a pretty boring entry, but I am not exactly the queen of excitement.
